CIGL engaged Haynes and Atkinson to conduct an HR Audit as part of efforts to reposition her HR department to support the delivery of her three years strategic plan. This is with a view to adapt global best practices in order to elevate her HR function to deliver an enhanced people experience. The project kicked off on the 16th of March 2020.
During the first phase of this exercise personnel files were reviewed to confirm accuracy and completeness of staff data and documentation. Key observations and recommendations for the improvement of the employee filling system were made. Details are provided in the phase I report of this project (See appendix)
